2. Effective Class Time Management
As an experienced tutor, I understand that different students have different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, during class, less time would be spent on concepts that the student can easily grasp and understand, and likewise more time will be spent addressing specific problems and challenges that the student encounters. For example, if a student is an excellent math student but a weak essay writer, more time will be spent on discussing effective essay writing techniques. This will ensure that the student can make the maximum improvement in the shortest amount of time.
